“I need to know for sure.”

“I can’t move until I’m absolutely sure.”

When your voice says:

“I can’t move until I’m absolutely sure.”

“I need to search, check, and ask one more time before I decide.”

Coach Lynn says:

Decisions of real worth rely on sensible confidence rather than absolute guarantees.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

  • Take one or more Composure Breaths to settle my body.
  • Determine what level of understanding is sufficient before moving ahead.
  • Set that benchmark prior to gathering further details.
  • Proceed once that benchmark is reached.

Coach Lynn says:

Absolute guarantee is uncommon, but a realistic action is always within reach. When you move on workable insight instead of awaiting perfection, you build trust in your personal judgment.
