“I can’t handle this.”
“This is bigger than I can cope with.”
When your voice says:
“This is bigger than I can cope with.”
“I’ve never handled anything this hard.”
Coach Lynn says:
Fear often underestimates your capacity and overlooks the support around you.
Then you say:
Here’s what I need to do:
- Take one or more Composure Breaths to settle my body.
- Name one hard thing I handled before.
- Name one person, resource, or practical support available now.
- Identify the first response I would take if the situation became difficult.
Coach Lynn says:
You don’t need to figure out the whole future. You just need to take the next workable step. Moving forward despite doubt builds grit, restores your focus, and creates real momentum.
