“I am not enough.”

“I fell short, so I have no value.”

When your voice says:

“I fell short, so I have no value.”

“Nothing I do is ever enough.”

Coach Lynn says:

“I am not enough” is a global verdict, not a complete account of you as a person.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

  • Take one or more Composure Breaths to settle my body.
  • Name one capacity I have used, one value I live by, or one relationship in which I matter.
  • Let that evidence stand beside the self-critical thought.
  • Choose one action that reflects my value today.

Coach Lynn says:

Your worth is larger than the thing you’re struggling with. When you remember your strengths, your values, and the people you matter to, you can act from confidence instead of doubt.
