“It is all on me.”

“Nobody else is going to carry this.”

When your voice says:

“Nobody else is going to carry this.”

“I have to handle all of it myself.”

Coach Lynn says:

This thought turns a shared situation into a private burden. You may have responsibility, but that does not mean you have all of it.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

  • Take one or more Composure Breaths to settle my body.
  • Name one person, system, or resource that shares responsibility.
  • Identify one specific handoff, request, or support step.
  • Take that step before carrying more alone.

Coach Lynn says:

Shared responsibility starts when you stop carrying everything alone. Connecting with others restores your energy and helps you return to your work ready to make an unstoppable impact.
