“I need to understand every detail.”

“I can’t move on until I understand every detail.”

When your voice says:

“I can’t move on until I understand every detail.”

“There’s still one more question I need answered.”

Coach Lynn says:

Some details may remain unclear. You can still choose the next step based on what you do know and what matters to you.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

  • Take one or more Composure Breaths to settle my body.
  • Sum up what I already know in three sentences or less. Then name the questions that may never have a clear answer.
  • Ask: "What matters most to me now?" Name one value, such as kindness, honesty, or peace.
  • Do one thing today that reflects that value, such as reaching out to someone, resting, or starting something new. It doesn't require the full story.

Coach Lynn says:

You can move forward without solving every question behind you. When you act on what matters now, you release the need for perfect clarity and step into the present with purpose.
