“I need to think about this more.”
“I need to keep thinking about this.”
When your voice says:
“I need to keep thinking about this.”
“Just a little more thought and I’ll have the answer.”
Coach Lynn says:
Thinking is useful when it leads to a decision, a lesson, or a next step. When it only repeats, it has become a loop.
Then you say:
Here’s what I need to do:
- Take one or more Composure Breaths to settle my body.
- Write down the exact unanswered question.
- Set a limited time to think about it.
- When the time ends, choose one action or allow the question to wait.
Coach Lynn says:
Reflection moves you forward; panic keeps you going in circles. When you break the cycle and trust your intuition, you can turn your effort into lasting impact.
