“Everyone else knows more than I do.”
“Everyone here is smarter than me.”
When your voice says:
“Everyone here is smarter than me.”
“I have nothing to contribute.”
Coach Lynn says:
No one knows everything. A group can benefit from different experience, perspective, questions, and skills.
Then you say:
Here’s what I need to do:
- Settle my body with one or more Composure Breaths.
- Name one area I know or have experienced.
- Identify one useful question I can ask.
- Choose one thing I can learn next.
Coach Lynn says:
You don’t have to know everything to add something valuable. When you bring your own experience and questions to the table, you contribute with confidence and keep learning as you go.
