“I’m too late.”

“It’s too late for me now.”

When your voice says:

“It’s too late for me now.”

“I missed the right time to start, so why bother?”

Coach Lynn says:

You may be too late for the imagined ideal beginning. You’re not too late for the next real beginning.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

  • Take one or more Composure Breaths to settle my body.
  • Name the next available entry point.
  • Choose the smallest beginner step I can take now.
  • Let today be the new starting point.

Coach Lynn says:

It’s never too late for the next real beginning. When you let today be your starting point, regret loses its grip and every small step moves you toward the life you want.
