“I should be where they are.”

“I should be where they are by now.”

When your voice says:

“I should be where they are by now.”

“Their timeline proves I’m late.”

Coach Lynn says:

A borrowed timeline can become an unfair judge. Your next step should fit the life you’re actually living.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

  • Take one or more Composure Breaths to settle my body.
  • Name the circumstances that make my path different.
  • Choose one goal based on my values and current reality.
  • Set the next realistic milestone.

Coach Lynn says:

Your life doesn’t have to follow someone else’s timeline to matter. When you set goals that fit your real life and values, you move forward at your own pace, with purpose and pride.
