When your voice says:

Not understanding something immediately is just information about the task. It has nothing to do with you. It is not a verdict about your intelligence.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

- Take one or more [Composure Breaths](https://www.dailycomposure.com/what-is-a-composure-breath/) to settle my body.
- Replace “I should know this” with “\[SAY MY NAME\], you are learning this.”
- Ask one specific question, study one example, or try one practice round.
- Notice what becomes clearer after effort.
