When your voice says:

“Nobody else is going to carry this.”

“I have to handle all of it myself.”

This thought turns a shared situation into a private burden. You may have responsibility, but that does not mean you have all of it.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

- Name one person, system, or resource that shares responsibility.
- Identify one specific handoff, request, or support step.
- Take that step before carrying more alone.

Shared responsibility starts when you stop carrying everything alone. Connecting with others restores your energy and helps you return to your work ready to make an unstoppable impact.
