When your voice says:

“Everyone else is so far ahead of me.”

“Look at their life. Mine doesn’t compare.”

---

Coach Lynn says:

Comparison often uses incomplete information. You see their outcome, not always their timing, support, setbacks, or private struggles.

Then you say:

Here’s what I need to do:

- Take one or more [Composure Breaths](https://www.dailycomposure.com/what-is-a-composure-breath/) to settle my body.
- Name one thing I do not know about their path.
- Identify my own next milestone.
- Take one step toward it.

Coach Lynn says:

Their highlight reel isn’t the measure of your path. When you focus on your own next milestone, comparison loses its power and your progress becomes something you can see.
